How should I prepare document images?
Capture clear, complete document sides and use the correct upload format.
Capture the whole document
Use an original, readable document. Keep all edges visible and reduce glare, blur and shadows. Include the back when the selected method requires it. Do not edit document details or use a screenshot in place of an original capture.
Check the client limits
For the 0.3.0 platform SDK, each side supports JPEG, PNG or a one-page PDF, up to 10 MiB. The configured backend remains responsible for validating the actual bytes and supported document methods.
Resolve upload problems
If a file is too large or unreadable, recapture it using the host application’s document flow. Do not send documents through a general support message. Use the authorized verification upload flow.
