IDENTITY VERIFICATION

What do verified, review and rejected mean?

Keep completed capture and successful verification separate.

Verified

A verified outcome is a backend decision after the required checks. In the SDK preview, the client also requires the challenge and liveness approval flags before accepting a verified response. Identity intake acceptance and capture completion are earlier steps.

Review

Review means the result needs further assessment. Present a pending or review message and follow your organization’s review process.

Rejected

Rejected is a distinct unsuccessful decision. Use the returned guidance to explain the next permitted step. Avoid automatic repeat attempts that bypass backend timing or attempt limits.
