How do I request Live access?
Request approval through compliance review or a platform administrator.
Prepare your application
Sign in and open Compliance. Complete the business details, supply the requested documents and review the attestation before submitting. Provide accurate information about your organization.
Wait for the decision
A platform administrator reviews your application. Check the dashboard for the current status and any information requested before trying Live operations.
Get help with your application
A platform admin can also grant Live access directly without compliance documents. To request this, open a workspace support request with your company name. Keep passwords, API secrets and applicant identity evidence out of your message.
