How do I check a wallet top-up?

Review the saved payment reference and actual reconciliation status.

Open Wallet & billing

Select the correct environment and open Wallet & billing. Check the top-up history and saved reference. Test and Live have separate balances; Test funds do not represent real money.

Wait for reconciliation

The backend reconciles the payment reference before applying a confirmed credit. Pending, failed or review payments should not be treated as successful.

Contact support with the reference

If the status does not match your payment, send the reference, amount, selected mode and payment time with timezone. Do not include a card number, banking password or OTP. Avoid starting duplicate payments while an existing reference is being investigated.
