How do I report a security or privacy concern?
Start with a redacted description and protect any exposed credentials.

Email support@facexverify.com with a clear subject such as Security concern or Privacy request. Include the affected service, approximate time and a redacted explanation of the issue.
Take appropriate account action
If a key was exposed, an authorized workspace member should revoke or rotate it and update the server configuration. If your password was exposed, use the sign-in page’s password-reset flow. Preserve only the evidence needed for investigation in an authorized location.
Keep the first message safe
Do not include live secrets or another person’s identity evidence. Ask support how to share any sensitive follow-up material.
