Protect your sign-in

Use a strong, unique password and a trusted password manager. Keep the email account used for FaceX secure. Review the website address before entering credentials and avoid signing in on shared or untrusted devices.

Reset a compromised password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page if you suspect exposure. Follow the reset email, choose a new password and sign in again. Contact support if you cannot access the account email.
