What should I do about low light or blurry captures?
Improve capture conditions without altering the submitted evidence.
Improve lighting
Face a soft, steady light source and avoid a bright window directly behind you. Clean the camera lens and hold the device steadily. Keep your face visible while following the on-screen guidance.
Follow returned feedback
Use the session’s low-light, readiness and message feedback. If the flow asks for repositioning or recapture, follow that instruction. Do not retouch, generate or replace a camera photo to make a check pass.
Respect attempt limits
Follow the backend’s allowed timing and retry behavior. If repeated attempts fail, contact support with the session’s non-sensitive error details and device information instead of uploading biometric images in the support form.
